Really good Neapolitan style pizza. These 12inch pizzas are elevated with ingredients and bake. If you like medium to thinner crust and well done under side the pizza is great. The pepperoni and cheese are great classic choices just be aware the pepperoni is highly greasy. Enjoy!

Went to Fredericksburg, Texas for a weekend retreat with my love. While there, we were looking for a place with outdoor seating because of Covid, we didn't want to be too close to people and so... we found Prometheus Pizza! Boy... are we happy we did. The pizza was perfect and the atmosphere is so relaxing and inviting. We stopped in around 7pm when the sun was just about to set, so the summer evening was starting to cool down. The 50's music, the lights, the food... it was the perfect date night. The owner came out and spoke to us to make sure we were happy with our food ( Which we were), told us about the way he makes the dough, and he was truly so passionate about his food. Pricing is appropriate for the quality of the product. Definitely give these guys a try when you are in the area. Five yummy faces from me!

Fantastic pizza! Wife and I are suckers for artisan/brick-oven pizza (i.e. not Pizza Hut or Domino’s) and this place did not disappoint! We tried the classic Margherita pizza and the Zhazilla (per their recommendation) and they were both exceptional! They pack the Zhazilla with meat, so to me, for the price, it’s worth it! The sauce has a great flavor and the crust was really good also. If I had to criticize anything, the Margherita had a bit too much sauce so the center was a tad soggy (but this is pretty common for Margherita thin crust), but this wouldn’t stop me from getting it again! Give this place a try!

Great pizza and great service! We got the 'Zhazilla 2 nights in a row and the Roxanne on the second night as well. Also the Ceasar Salad was one of the best we've had in a while, I think they use real anchovies. Order online ahead of time to skip the wait. They do get busy during peak hours. The owner is so nice, I accidentally broke a giant glass bottle of hand sanitizer and they just smiled and said it's ok. I felt terrible and hope this review makes up for my folly.

As soon as we got off the car we could smell pizza. We took ours to go. We ordered the margherita and the zhazilla pizza. With a side of pickled peppers. Brother berry delicious and sauce had a hint of sweet and fresh tomatoes. This peppers spicy that made the pizza complete.

PROMETHEUS PIZZA is a standout dining experience in Fredericksburg. From the moment we arrived, the restaurant’s stunning decor and authentic Italian vibe set the tone for an unforgettable meal. The highlight of our visit was the Reuben pizza—a unique creation that absolutely blew us away. It’s rare to find such a bold, creative take on pizza that works so perfectly, but this one was a total winner. Insanely delicious doesn’t even begin to cover it! The quality of the ingredients was apparent in every bite, and the service was nothing short of excellent. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we felt welcome throughout our meal. With its incredible food, warm atmosphere, and impeccable service, PROMETHEUS PIZZA has become a must-visit for us. We’ll definitely be back to explore more of their menu. If you’re in Fredericksburg, make this place a priority—you won’t regret it!

This pizza hit the spot after hiking Enchanted Rock. Conveniently located on our drive back, with outdoor seating. We had the Roxanne, the Breakfast of Champs, and a regular pepperoni pizza. Loved all pizzas but the pepperoni was voted the best

I would like to say I am a very well traveled person, and after going to Italy and trying their iconic wood fired pizzas...I must say Prometheus is the closest (and may I add equal and above level) of a traditional Italian pizza. The flavors of the pizza, melded perfectly with their perfect crispy dough recipe. After speaking with the chef, you get to understand how each ingredient was studied and picked to be the finest, and that is what quality you taste when you bite into it. From the five pizzas I ordered each one exceeded expectations, and kept you wanting more. I am glad to say I visited this pizza place and encourage anyone reading my review to visit as well, because not much other places compare to the authenticity that was found here.
